Jane's Community Jam and Potluck

All are welcome to join us in the garden for a casual evening of music, poetry, food, drink and fun.

Jamiela "Jam" Taylor will be returning to the St Jane House garden and has put together a special band of musician friends to lead us in a community jam and sing. Grab a friend and bring your voices – and an instrument if you play one!

Old school favorites like Lean on Me, Love Train, and Proud Mary, may show up next to newer favorites. All genres of music are welcome. Poetry, too! Guests are invited to share a song or poem, join the band with your voice or instrument, sing along from your chair, or just listen and enjoy!

We are also inviting folks to bring a favorite snack, dessert, or dish to share for a community potluck. You are also welcome to bring your favorite bottle of wine or beer to share. Non-alcholic beverages will be provided.

Donations will be accepted to help cover costs and show our gratitude to the band. Suggested donation: $20/person

If you plan to perform a song or poem, please sign up here. You can also do so spontaneously. Its just nice to have an idea of who'd like to perform. If you have questions about that, don't hesitate to reach out and ask Brian.

We area also in need of some volunteer assistance during the event (generally one hour shifts that still allow you to be a part of the fun). If you'd like to help out, please sign up here.
