Join us in helping to bring this wonderful community gathering to life! Please choose a shift that is open.
Note: we are using an event registration program that is not designed as a volunteer sign-up platform. Kindly ignore the elements that seem out of place (like price). Also, the quantity refers to the number of people you are signing up to volunteer–not the number of luminaries you intend to bring or cups of hot chocolate you are willing to serve. Ha!

Event collaborators: St Jane House, Old Highland Peace Garden, Old Highland Neighborhood Association, Luminary Loppet, and Wintercraft.
Opportunities
Contribute Ice Luminaries
Ice luminaries can be brought to the site on Saturday between 9am - 12pm. If you would like to arrange to bring your ice a day or more in advance, please contact Brian at 612-965-9446.

Set up - 9:00am - 3:00pm
Assist with set up, including placing and hanging ice luminaries. Come anytime and stay for as long as you wish. Thank you!

Prep Crew - 3:45pm - 5:00pm
Assist with last minute preparations including lighting candles and readying hot chocolate and snacks to be served. Welcome early arrivers.

Hospitality - 5:00pm - 6:30pm
Welcome people as they arrive. Assist with serving hot chocolate and cookies. Please arrive 15 minutes early.
