Feast of St Jane de Chantal Garden Gathering

On Tuesday, August 12th, we’ll celebrate the Feast Day of St. Jane de Chantal at the St Jane House! Ten years ago, we marked the occasion with root beer floats in the garden. It was a fun evening with S. Mary Virginia sharing about St. Jane’s life and ministry. S. Mary Frances joined my godson Lazell in serving up the floats, captured in a photo that was published in America Magazine. The image has become somewhat iconic for the St Jane House.

We thought it was time to gather again for root beer floats in the garden, and we hope you’ll join us. If all goes as planned, Mary Frances and Lazell will once again be serving the floats, and Sr. Karen will share St. Jane’s story with us. There will also be light snacks and great company.
